Terms of ServiceBy purchasing a commission you agree that you have read and agreed to my t.o.sI obtain the right to cancel a commission and not refund any payment made in the event of a violation to my terms of service.
I reserve the rights to my artwork. I reserve the rights to sell prints of my artwork for conventions/events.Payment InformationPayment goes through PayPal only. Any additional costs will be discussed beforehand unless there are sudden rush fees/additional elements during the commission process.I will need your PayPal email for processing the payment.

I will never use your information or name beyond the payment forms between us.PaymentEach commission will be paid half upfront. After the sketching phase has been processed you will be asked for a second payment. Afterwards, there will be no more costs unless payment in instalments has been discussed. This has to be done prior to the first invoice.Payment should be in USD, keep the Paypal exchange rates in mind while paying for your commission!Tips are appreciated but not mandatory!Refunds may be given if:I am unable to complete your commission for any given reason.If a commissioner wishes for a refund, this will be discussed based on the progress that has been made. The time I have spent on this commission will be drawn from the refund.Please discuss your ideas beforehand with me. What I am comfortable with will be discussed based on a private conversation.References and InformationI am lenient on revisions and changes as long as this is discussed during the process. I will not start a sketch from scratch after the rendering process has started. This will cost a fee that will be discussed on a case-to-case basis.Time Frame
Commissions are scheduled to be delivered between 1 week to 1 month. If any delays do come up there will be clear communication about said delay.Deadlines can be accounted for as long as this is discussed before the commissions. Rush fees will be discussed on a case-to-case basis, depending on the complexity and time frame.Copyright/Usage PolicyYou may use your commissioned artwork for personal use, but cannot claim that you are the one who made it.You may repost the commission with credits to me.Please do not sell the character/commission without discussing it with me beforehand. No profit can be made off my art by reselling.My art CANNOT be used for NFTs or other crypto-based platforms/AI feeding.I own all rights to the artwork I have created along with the rights to post my artwork where I deem necessary to promote myself or my art. This includes portfolios, events, showcases etc.If the commissioner chooses to keep this commission private, they must mention it during the process of ordering a commission. Privacy fees change based on commission type and complexity, to account for lack of advertising.You are prohibited to:Using my artwork for commercially (making money off of it by any means unless discussed and commercial fees have been bought.)Taking credit for my artwork / claiming it as your own.Removing or purposefully cropping out my watermarks/signature.Editing/altering the artwork itself without asking for permission.
